科技成果转化和产业化的数量、质量、规模和效率问题，已经成为我国实现经济增长方式转变和产业结构优化的重要制约因素。“创新”是突破制约因素的关键。作者根据多年实践，总结归纳了观念创新、技术创新、决策创新、市场创新、合作创新五方面的体会，以期为中医药成果转化工作提供借鉴。

It is the problem of how to turning TCM achievement into industry products and how to choose the reasonable quantity, quality, scale and efficiency of industrialization that has became an important factor which is impeding the shift in the mode of economy increase and the optimization of industry structure. To bring new ideas(also known as innovation) is the right key for this problem. It is consist of five important parts: First of all, concept innovation, which means creating brand－ new concept of market, subject, risk, reserve, structure, speed and border. Secondly, technology innovation; meeting the demand of market and trying to make as much as possible money, leaders should get a perfect technology innovation. Thirdly, bringing new ideas in policy making; combining economy with science, the leaders should find a balance point between technology advancement and economic possibility, between long－ term profit and current profit. Fourthly, market innovation, it means raise new market strategy and increase rapid reaction ability. Fifthly, cooperation innovation, which means those who take part in TCM profession share their knowledge and experience, then create new value in such a way.
