由于目前中医自身学科方向和发展重点不明确，多学科研究中医目标不明确和中医多层次人才匮乏等因素的困扰，使得在临床研究中解决实际问题水平偏低，科研项目与产业发展脱节，成果转化率低。本文就这一现象进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。

To analyze the mainly existing problems in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, for example, the uneven quality of drug; the development direction of the subject itself and its emphasis are not clear, which lead to the insufficiency in solving actual clinical problems; lack of sufficient funds and qualified professionals etc. Accordingly the countermeasures include: to compose a department to strengthen the management and control the drugs quality, ensure the drug quality and the safety for using drugs; to determine the traditional Chinese medicine study direction and emphases of development, and the study subject be subsidize by the charge department of government should have more space to select for the researcher; to break through the research mode which doesn't fit the traditional Chinese medicine development and exert the act for guide. To increase the strength for science and technology training of the medicinal personnel to cultivate more people who can master, exercise traditional Chinese medicine theory, skill and know the stop－ press advance in corresponding subject to adapt the development of subject and social requirement.
