本文概述了近10年来我国抗心律失常的中药有效成分的电生理机理的研究概况。目前我国中药抗心律失常的研究已深入到细胞和分子水平,处于世界领先水平,但涉及面还不够广。结论:利用电压钳、膜片钳等电生理技术,为中药机制的深入研究开辟了新的途径,也是实现中药现代化的关键之一。

To further develop the mechanis m study of the anti -arrhythmic Chinese herb and accelerate Chinese herbs`modernization.Method:reviewing t he last ten year' s situation of the anti -arrhythmic e lectrophysiological mechanism for effective compositions of Chinese herbs.Result:Now we have develop ed into cellular and molecular levels in anti -arrhythmic study and equivalent to t he world advanced level.But we still have a long road to go.Conclusion:The in-troduction of electrophysiologica l technologies(e.g.Voltage clamp,patch clamp )gives the Chinese herbs`mechanism study a broad and promising future,a nd it may be the key to realize Chinese herbs`modernization.
