本文是科技部、国家中医药管理局组织的重大课题“中医现代化科技发展战略研究”内容之一,也是推进中医药现代化重要的指导性文献。本文分析了证候分子生物学、方剂药效化学基础及作用原理、经络研究与针灸作用原理等中医现代化重点领域发展中存在的问题,提出了中医现代化重大基础理论研究的目标与发展思路,以及重点任务。

This article is one of t he research su bjects of the major program"Study on Development Strategy for Sc ience and Tech-nology in Modernization of Traditio nal Chinese Medicine"funded Jointly by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Bureau of Tradi tional Chin es Medicine and Materia Medica,It an alyzes the problems arising fr om the devel-opment of such priority areas as mole cular biology of syndromes, the chem ical basis and functional principle s of pre-scription effectiveness, the study of channels and collaterals and the f unctional principles of acupunct ur e,and then sets forth the research objectives and development thinking as we ll as key tasks to be fulfilled of these areas,whi ch are re-quired by the pro gram.
