目的:为中药复方药效物质基础研究提供思路和方法,促进中药现代化。方法:从中药复方药效物质基础研究的若干原则入手,分析了文献中关于中药复方药效物质基础的两种错误观点,从中药复方药效物质基础与单味中药药效物质基础的关系、中药复方药效物质基础及其特征、系统学原理等方面进行综合论述。结果与结论:中药复方中能实现该复方功用并起主治作用的所有化学成分构成了该复方的药效物质基础——有效系统,复方有效系统中的化学成分相互联系,具有不可分离性、相互制约性,表现出整体取效的特征,故在研究复方药效物质基础时,必须结合系统学原理,在建立中医学证候模型的基础上,以功用和主治为判别依据,逐一排除非有效系统成分。

Objective To provide thoughts and methods for the study on the material foundation of the medicinal effectiveness of the compound prescriptions of the Chinese medicine so as to promote the modernization of TCM. Method Starting from a few principles for the study on the material foundation of medicinal effectiveness of the compound prescriptions of the Chinese medicine, this article analyzes two wrong viewpoints on such foundation, which exist in literatures and comprehensively expounds the relationship between the material foundation of medicinal effectiveness of the compound prescriptions of Chinese medicines and that of a single medicinal, and the material foundation of medicinal effectiveness of the compound prescriptions of Chinese medicine and its characteristics as well as the principles of its systematics. Result and Conclusion All the chemical constituents in a compound prescription of the Chinese medicine, which are able to achieve active functions and to take main effects in the very prescription constitute the material foundation of medicinal effectiveness of the said prescription-an effective system. In the effective system of a compound prescription all the chemical constituents link one another, conditioning each other and keeping each other not to be separated, and demonstrate the characteristics of globle effectiveness. Therefore, the principles of systematics should be put into the study on the material foundation of medicinal effectiveness of the compound prescriptions of the Chinese medicine and the all non - effective constituents in the system should be ruled out one by one on the basis of the establishment of models of TCM syndromes and the judgment of their functions and main effectiveness.
