本文运用文献计量学方法分析近5年中药炮制研究进展:中药炮制研究相对比较重视实验研究,其中以方法工艺研究和炮制化学研究为其主要方向,其次为炮制药理研究,而质量标准、炮制与复方研究等还十分薄弱,文献研究存在低水平重复,理论探讨不够深入等情况。作者认为目前研究中主要问题有:综合性深入研究不足,缺乏中医药理论指导,从复方角度研究中药炮制十分薄弱,不能全面揭示炮制意义;历史沿革及炮制理论研究不够等。炮制文献研究应在搞清古人炮制意图的基础上再结合现代研究结果提出新见解;炮制化学研究应重视多种成分分析与鉴别;炮制药理研究应结合中药作用的整体性与系统性,并加强微生物学,免疫学,生物化学等方面的研究以阐明炮制原理;炮制工艺研究以全面系统研究传统方法与新工艺研究相结合相比较;质量标准研究中强调多指标成分的含量范围。

This article analyzes the progress in the study of the preparation of Chinese medicines in the last five years by the method of literature metrology. In this study more attention is paid to experimental study, in which the main orientation is aimed to study method techniques and preparation chemistry and then preparation pharmacology, but the study in quality standards, preparation, and compound priscriptions of Chinese medicines is still deficient. In the study of literatures there exist such phenomena as repeating others' studies at low levels and lacking depth in theoretical exploration. Therefore there are the following principal problems in the study: the shortage of deeply comprehensive study, the lack of theoretical guidance from traditional Chinese medicine and materia medica, extreme deficiency in the study of the preparation of Chinese medicines from the point of compound prescriptions, failing to completely reveal the significance of preparation and the deficiency in the study of the historical evolution and the theories of preparation. Aiming at these problems tentative ideas of study in the coming years are suggested as follows: In the study of the literatures of preparation new ideas are to be put forward on the basis of making clear the original intentions of our forefathers and in combination with modern research results; in the study of preparation Chemistry attention is to be given to multicomponents; in the study of preparation pharmacology the principles of preparation are to be expounded in combination with the studies of the integration and systematics of the functions of Chinese medicines and the study of microbiolog, immunology and biology is to be strengthened so as to expound these principles; in the study of preparation techniques an overall and systematic study of their traditional methods is to be combined with the study of their new technology; and in the study of quality standards the scope of the contents of components with many indexes is to be emphasized.
