[摘要]
目的:比较18种不同来源灵芝的多糖含量差异。方法:采用超声法提取,以0.2%蒽酮-H2SO4显色,紫外分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果:不同来源灵芝中多糖含量具有明显差异,以东北大袋料培养的灵芝多糖含量最高为2.74%,以广东野生赤芝含量最低为1.60%。结论:不同来源的灵芝由于地理环境因素和培养条件的不同,多糖含量存在明显差异,提示不能简单的以灵芝产地和栽培条件评价其质量。本实验为灵芝内在质量评价和为扩展灵芝资源提供参考依据。

[Abstract]
Objective: To compare the content of polysaccharides of 18 varieties of Ganoderma Lucidum Karst with different origins. Method: To extract their content by ultrasonic method, colour them with anthrone(-H2SO4) and determine them by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Result: The content of polysaccharides in Ganoderma Lucidum Karst with different origins is remarkably different. The Ganoderma Lucidum Karst cultivated in the Northeast China is the highest in content, accounting for 2.74%and a wild one growing in Guangdong Province of China, which is called red Ganoderma Lucidum Karst, is the lowest in content, representing 1.60%. Conclusion: Owing to different geographic environment and conditions of cultivation the content of polysaccharides of Ganoderma Lucidum Karst with different origins is greatly different, but one cannot assess the quality of this kind of medicinal plants simply according to their origins and the conditions of their cultivation. This experiment is aimed to offer a reference for the assessment of the intrinsic quality and the development of the resources of Ganoderma Lucidum Karst.
