我国岭南地区地处热带、亚热带,气候温暖,地热、水热资源丰富,适合多种动植物生长繁育,中药资源品种丰富,分布广,产量大,有不少质量上乘的道地药材,素有"广药"之称。作者探讨岭南特色药材知识产权保护问题,提出了采用原产地域产品保护、特色药材专利保护和商标战略保护等措施。

The region south of Five Ridges in China is situated in the tropical and sub - tropical zones, where there are rich geothermal and hydrothermal resources and different varieties of animals and plants are fit to grow and breed. Therefore, there exist abundant varieties and resources of Chinese medicinal materials, which are widely distributed and yield in large quantities, of which many are genuine materials of high quality, being praised as medicinal materials from Guangdong and Guangxi provinces generally. This article discusses the protection of the intellectual property right of special medicinal materials in this region and suggests that measures could be taken to protect the products from their original areas, the patents of special medicinal materials, and brand strategy.
