本文通过对中药现代化科技产业进程的基本回顾,提出以科学发展观指导中药现代化实践,应注重协调中医药可持续发展基本要素、将中药产业发展置于我国卫生事业和经济建设大环境中考虑、重视中药产业链中各环节的协调、注重中药产业现代化与资源协调发展、明确政府、市场和企业三者作用分工等方面的思考。

By a general review of the progress in the scientific and technologic industry in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） this article proposes that the practice in the modernization of TCM should be under the guidance of the outlook of scientific development, in which attention should be paid to the coordination of basic TCM elements which can be developed sustainably, the development of TCM industry should be considered in the general environment of the cause of public health and the economic construction of China, importance should be attached to the coordination of all the links in TCM industry, stress should be laid on the harmonious development of the modernization of TCM industry and the resources it requires, and the roles and the division of labour among the government, market and enterprise should be made clear.
