多相流和多相流态化技术源于化学工程学科系列先进理论,作为交叉学科的成熟技术,在药物制造过程中可以发挥其重要作用。本文对此进行了较详细的阐述,结合典型的制药过程,分析了在工艺过程中存在的多相流和颗粒流化现象,并举例说明如何应用多相流及流态化理论和技术,解决从原料药生产到药物制剂生产诸多环节存在的问题。文章指出:多相流和颗粒流化技术在制药过程中有着广泛而重要的应用,其进一步的相关学术研究可为制药工程的实践提供强大的理论指导。

Multiphase flow and granule fluidization Technologies originate from the advanced theories of the disciplinary series of Chemical engineering. As ripe cross - disciplinary technologies they are able to play an important party in the pharmaceutical process and are discussed in detail in this article. In combination of typical pharmaceutical process this article analyzes the phenomena of multiphase flow and granule fluidization occurring in their technological process, and illustrates with examples how to resolve the problems existing in many links from the production of medicinal materials to that of the preparations of medicaments by the application of the theories and technologies of multiphase flow and fluidization. It also points out that multiphase flow and granule fluidization technologies can be used in the pharmaceutical process widely and importantly and their further study is hoped to provide greatly theoretical guidance for the practice of pharmaceutical engineering.
