Nevertheless, most of useful secondary matters are extremely low in the cells of plants. For this reason, people have to first breed and improve the cells of plants in order to increase the content of secondary matters in industrialized production. This article summarizes the breeding methods and research of high -yield clones of medicinal plants and purposefully discusses the problems, such as the screening of high - yield clones, mutation breeding and gene transfer and the study of key techniques and its solution of the instability of high - yield clones.
