由于在方剂现代化的研究过程中,传统的研究方法很难适应方剂复杂的化学成分与效应多样性,使得方剂物质基础及生物效应的研究成为中医药现代化科学研究的关键。本文就方剂物质基础与生物效应研究方面的一些共性问题, 结合研究工作的实践与结果,提出应用生物技术领域的若干新技术开展方剂相关研究的一些思路和方法。

The study in the material foundation and biological effects of TCM prescriptions is the key to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. In the study of the modernization of TCM prescriptions, it is difficult for traditional methods to deal with the complex chemical components and the diversity of the effects of prescriptions. In combination with some common problems and research practice and results in the study of material foundation and biological effects of TCM prescriptions, this article puts forward the ideas and methodology for relative studies of TCM prescriptions by the applieation of various new technologies in the area of biological technology.
