方剂配伍方法有多种,但七情配伍是中药配伍的基本形式,君臣佐使是方剂配伍的主要规则。方剂配伍研究,应以中医药理论为指导,有效成分研究和药理研究相结合;通过拆方研究,确定方中主要药物或活性物质、从复方中寻找有效成分的最佳组合而从整体经过还原研究回归整体。因此,21世纪中药方剂配伍应具有时代的特点,在中医药理论指导下的有效成（组）分配伍应成为当前中药配伍的新模式。中药有效组分或成分配伍是在病证结合、方证相应、理法方药一致的基础上,以中医学理论、系统科学思想和传统中药配伍理论为指导,去除方剂和饮片中无关物质,以组分或成分为表达形式,针对有限适应症,通过多组分、多靶点、以整合调节为基本作用方式、并且能辨病及辨证应用的新中药模式。实现中药有效成（组）分配伍基本方法有:单味药标准组分配伍、不同药物的有效组分配伍、针对病理环节的组分配伍、对病方与对证方的配伍。其主要特点是成分清楚、作用目标明确、质量稳定可控、毒副作用小,与传统中成药具有相似的整体功能。这一中药配伍模式的推广运用, 可为中医对病治疗,提高临床疗效开辟新途径。 更多还原

There are quite a lot of methods for the compatibility of prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, among which the compatibility of prescriptions based on the seven emotional factors （i.e., joy, anger, melancholy, brooding, sorrow, fear and shock） is the basic form and that based on monarch （i.e., principal drug）, minister, assistant and guide （i.e., all auxiliary drugs） is the main rule of them. In the study of the compatibility of prescriptions the theories of TCM should be taken for guidance and the studies of effective components and the pharmacology of drugs be combined, and through the study of disassembling a prescription principal drug （or drugs） or active matters in the drugs of the prescription should be determined so as to find out optimal combination of effective components of a compound prescription, a study that starts from the parts of a whole and finally returns to the whole. Therefore, the compatibility f TCM prescriptions must have its characteristics of the times in the 21st century, that is, the compatibility of effective components under the guidance of TCM theories should be a new mode, which should be based on the combination of a disease and its syndromes, the correspondence between the prescription and syndromes of a disease and the uniformity of theories and prescriptions and be guided by TCM theories, the thinking of system science and the traditional theories of compatibility of TCM prescriptions; should get rid of all indifferent matters in prescriptions and prepared pieces of herbal medicine; should take components of a dry as the form of its expression; should aim at given limited indications; should adopt multi-components, multi-targets, integration and readjustment as its fundamental functioning mode; and should be able to differentiate diseases and to be used for the differentiation of syndromes. The basic methods for the accomplishment of the compatibility of TCM effective components can be summarized as follows: the compatibility of standard components of single medicinal herbes, the compatibility of effective components of different medicinal plants, the compatibility of components aiming at different pharmacological stages and the compatibility with the aim at diseases and their syndromes, and its principal features should be that the components taking part in the compatibility are easily understandable, the targets of their functions are clear, their quality is stable and controllable and have little toxicity and side effects as well as the functions of its wholism are similar to those of traditional TCM patent drugs. The said mode of compatibility may be able to open up new approach as to the treatment of diseases involved and the enhancement of curative effects. 更多
