[摘要]
目的:研究山楂叶提取物(奥沙恩注射液)对犬急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:以犬为实验对象,复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,从心肌酶、血管活性物质、心外膜电图、心肌耗氧量、心肌缺血及坏死面积等多种角度,研究奥沙恩注射液对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果:奥沙恩注射液可显著降低心肌缺血再灌注后心肌酶(CK、CK-MB、LDH)的含量,显著降低血管活性物质 (ET、TXB2)的升高,提高血浆6-Keto-PGF1α的水平和6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2比值,显著降低心肌耗氧, 减少心肌死区面积。结论:奥沙恩注射液对犬急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有明确的保护作用。

[Abstract]
To study the protective effects of hawthorn extraction (ZSZ) on acute myocardial ischemic and reperfusion injury in anaesthetic dogs. Method: The acute ischemic and reperfusion injury models were made by ligation and relax of left anterior descending (LAD) artery. The experiments adopted epicardiogram mapping to measure the scope and degree of myocardial ischemia, quantitative histologic assay (nitroblue tetrazolium, N-BT stain) to determine the size of myocardial infarction. The endothelin (ET), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-Keto-PGF1α was measured by radioimmunological assay. And analysis of serum myocardial enzyme(CK,CK-MB,LDH))was measured by auto clinical chemistry analyzer. Result: ZSZ was showed to obviously alleviate the degree of myocardial ischemia (Σ-ST) and narrow the ischemic area indicated by N-BT staining. In addition, ZSZ could reduce CK,CK-MB,LDH, inhibit the ET and TXB2 release, increase plasma 6-Keto-PGF1α, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption induced by ischemic and...更多 reperfusion. Conclusion: ZSZ demonstrated to attenuate the damage subjected to myocardial ischemic and reperfusion injury,which may be due to its function of inhibiting the ET and TXA2 release, increasing 6-Keto-PGF1α, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption and then protecting myocardial.
