We summarized the application of DNA molecular biological technology in identification of traditional Chinese medicine Dendrobium in recent years,including Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technology,Arbitrary Primer-PCR (AP-PCR) technology,Amplified fragment-length polymorphism (AFLP)technology,DNA Sequencing technology,gene chip technology,and so on.
