针对组分中药的系统研究需要和目前中药数据库的不足,本文设计构建了既包含中药基本信息、又包含化学及生物学表征等现代研究数据,以及对海量数据进行存储、管理和知识挖掘的中药信息数据系统,阐述了中药信息数据系统的构建步骤、中药信息数据库的结构与关系图、中药信息数据管理系统和中药信息数据处理系统的功能等,为中医药现代化开发强有力的信息工具提供了理论指导。

An information and data system for Chinese Medicine was designed for storage,management and knowledge-min- ing of the basic information like historic and reference data,and the modern research data on chemistry and biology to assist the systematic research on Multi-Component Chinese Medicine.This system includes an information and data li- brary subsystem,a data managing subsystem and a data processing subsystem,which is more comprehensive than the database existed.The construction step of this system,and the related structure,relationship and function of three subsystems were introduced,which provides a theoretical guider for developing a powerful information tool for modern- ization of Chinese Medical and Chinese Medicine.
