目的:观察红花注射液对缺氧、脑梗塞、心肌梗塞及“血瘀”证的治疗作用。方法:选用小鼠,豚鼠,SD大鼠分别复制缺氧、脑梗塞、心肌梗塞及“血瘀”模型,记录比较小鼠在密闭环境中的存活时间(秒),测量小鼠偏瘫恢复数,记录豚鼠不同时间心电图,比较给药前后心电图ST段和T波振幅变化的差异,测定血液流变学指标。结果:红花注射液高、中、低剂量组小鼠常压耐缺氧的生存时间明显延长,小鼠脑梗塞所致偏瘫的恢复率增高,红花注射液高剂量组的豚鼠因垂体后叶素所致0、30、60秒的心电图ST段高抬和0、15、60秒的T波升高均明显降低,中剂量组0秒的ST段和T波升高明显降低,“血瘀”证大鼠的全血黏度明显下降。结论:红花注射液对缺氧,脑梗塞,心肌梗塞,“血瘀”证有明显的治疗作用。

Objective: To study the Honghua injection's therapeutic effect on hypoxia, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and blood circulation stagnation. Method: Using mice, Guinea pig and SD rats, models of hypoxia, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and blood circulation stagnation are induced, analyse the mice' life in obturating condition; measure the renewals of mice with hemiplegia; analyse Guinea pig' cardiograph at vary time; analyse the variation of the swing of S-T and T wave ; measure the index of haematological rheology. Result: the mice' resistence on hypoxia is stronger, of the three Honghua injection groups; the renewals of mice with hemiplegia increase; S-T of Os,30S,60s and T wave of Os,15s,60s ,which rised by Pituitrin, depress clearly; the blood viscosity of rat with blood circulation stagnation decrease. Conclusion: The result suggest a beneficial therapeutic effect of Honghua injection on hypoxia, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and blood circulation stagnation in animal.
