针刀医学是经过30年临床和基础研究,在中医理论的指导下,吸收现代自然科学和西医学的最新成果,在集成的基础上进行创新从而形成的一个新的医学学科,其基本内容是将部分中医基础理论现代化。本文着重论述了针刀医学的理论体系和诊疗技术创新,提出针刀医学的理论基础是现代生物物理学,并进行了较为详细地论述了生物物理学在医学上的应用。作者认为,针刀医学的发明及其理论体系的建立不仅极大地推进了中医现代化,而且还使西医跨上一个新台阶,提出了针刀医学研究领域内人体生物物理学数据库和人体气象学两个新概念和假说。

Acupotomology is a state-of-the-art result derived from 3-decade long clinical and basic studies, under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical theory, and through absorbing the essence of both natural science and modern medical science. It makes a brand new discipline, based on a range of innovations, especially in modernizing the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The paper discusses the theoretical system and diagnostic innovations of acupo-tomology, and believes that modern biophysics constitutes a theoretical foundation for acupotomology. Apart from an in-depth review of biophysical applications in medical sciences, author holds that, the development of acupotomology and associated theoretical system has not only spurred up the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, but also raised the western medicine to a new level. Human biophysical database and human aerography are the two scenarios proposed by author in the paper.
