目的：验证鞣质含量测定法（中国药典2005年版一部附录XB）。方法：采用干酪素空白干扰试验,确定方法存在的问题。结果：鞣质吸附剂-干酪素含有干扰测定的物质,导致方法测定结果明显偏低。结论：鞣质含量测定法（中国药典2005年版一部附录XB）应予修正。

Tannin content measurement and associated methodological verification （Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005,Volume 1, Appendix XB） is a major subject of the study.In the study,blank interference test of casein was used to verify the ac- curacy of measuring.It is found that casein,or tannin adsorbent,contains some elements that muddle the measuring, which results in an unreasonably low measuring result.Authors believe that the tannin measuring process set up by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 should be modified.
