目的: 利用多种免疫学方法研究民族药沙红合剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法: 测定小鼠脾细胞对刀豆蛋白A(ConA)和细菌脂多糖(LPS)的增殖反应、混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)、溶血空斑试验、DTH 反应和NK细胞活性。结果: 沙红合剂能非特异地(多克隆)增强T、B 淋巴细胞对丝裂原的增殖反应; 特异地增强T细胞对异型抗原的MLR、DTH 反应; 特异地增强小鼠对绵羊红细胞(SRBC)的抗体反应; 明显增强小鼠NK 细胞的活性。结论: 沙红合剂对正常小鼠的细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能确有明显的促进作用。

In this study, authors have examined the effects of Sha Hong He Ji, a Chinese traditional medicine, on enhancing immunological functions of regular rodents. An array of immunoassay methods, including lymphocyte proliferation response, mixed lymphocyte reacion (MLR), plaque forming cell test (PFC) and delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction (DTH) , are used. It is found that Sha Hong He Ji works to enhance the lymphocyte proliferation response, MLR, PFC and DTH. The results suggest that Sha Hong He Ji is a medicine that can be used to enhance both cellular and humoral immune responses of regular rodents
