本文论述了中医药研究中系统论与还原论的关联关系。作者认为: 21世纪生命科学研究需要在整体论、系统论指导下的还原分析, 应融入非线性复杂性科学; 中医药学是科学人文水乳交融的学科,他体现了中医学原创思惟、原创成就与原创的优势; 组学的发展, 带来了海量的数据, 对海量数据的处理亟需系统论意义指导下的还原分析; 中医从整体论的角度出发, 从望闻问切对神色、形态、症状、体征信息的收集、观察, 进一步分析证候, 证候就是一种生理、病理的过程与状态。天地人、精气神, 宏观朝向人的健康。同时, 器官、组织、细胞、基因、蛋白、组学, 各种微观的研究也朝向人的健康, 朝向疾病的防治。关键问题是我们要寻求契合点。要重视系统论意义下的还原分析, 特别强调还原论与系统论的互动。

The paper discusses the links between the system theory and reductionism in TCM research. Author believes that life sciences in the 21st century shall be the reductionism analysis under the guidance of holism and the system theory, and make itself part of the non-linear complex science. China's traditional medicine is a natural science laden with numerous humanistic elements, enjoying the strength of both original thinking and original findings. The development of Omics has produced a huge amount of data. These data have to be reduced and analyzed under the guidance of the system theory. By working on the system theory, traditional Chinese medicine observes and analyzes different syndromes, based on massive human data. Syndrome is a physiological and pathological process or state. Human health is not only the result of a physical world, made up of organs, tissues, cells, genes, proteins, and omics, but is a lso part of the spiritual world. One has to find a junction point between them. In this context, more attention shall be paid to the reductionism analysis, under the guidance of the system theory, especially the interactions between reductionism and system theory.
