[摘要]
以类风湿性关节炎( Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA )为例, 在流行病调查和RCT临床试验的基础上, 开展了RA 中医证候分类学的系统生物学基础研究。在重点探索RA 寒热证候的基因组表达谱区别、RA中医四诊信息分类的统计学依据以及与传统中医分类的联系、RA 中医证候分类与疾病分类指标的关联关系、RA 中医证候分类与ACR 疗效的关联关系的基础上, 认为RA 中医证候分类有系统生物学基础, RA 中医证候分类能对RA 再次分类, 并对RA 的进一步诊断和个体化治疗有指导意义。

In this study, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) based clinical investigations and clinical trials are made evidences for analyzing the systems biology of TCM syndrome differentiation. Author uses a range of facts, including differences of gene expressions between Cold and Hot syndromes of RA, the correlation of syndrome differentiations between traditional and statistical approaches, and the links between syndrome differentiations and therapeutic effects, to demonstrate the system s biology of RA syndrome differentiations.
