为了预测医学发展前景, 把握医学发展大方向, 课题组采用问卷调查、数据库分析、专家咨询和研讨等多种形式, 对21世纪世界医学发展趋势与前景进行了深入分析, 提出4项预测, 并据此就我国医学发展总体目标提出了实施前移战略和下移战略, 落实模式转变和系统整合, 以及从观念上实现5个转变, 从医疗卫生服务模式上实现6个转移等建议, 从而提高健康科技水平, 适应人民健康、社会发展的需求以及医学自身发展的需求。

In order to realize the foreground and the direction of medicine development in China, an analysis for the trend and the foreground of world medicine development in 21 century was carried out by conducted in multi- manner such as questionnaire survey, databases analysis, expert consultation, symposium and seminar. Then 4 predictw ere suggested. Base on the great goal of medicine development in China, it was proposed that carrying out a "Front- moving" stratagem, a "Down- moving" stratagem and a "Front- moving" strategic disposition, medical model changeover and systemic integration; realizing 5 changeovers on the concept and 6 transfers on the conducted in medical service for a requirements that are healthcare, society and medical science development.
