总结和探讨了病证结合的冠心病心绞痛证候诊断量表的研究思路和方法,提出了文献研究、专家问卷调查和多中心、大样本临床流行病学调查相结合的证候诊断量表制定的基本方法,认为多元统计学分析与专家经验的理性分析相结合是构建科学实用的证候诊断量表的有力保证。冠心病心绞痛证候诊断量表制订的思路和方法将会为其它疾病的证候诊断研究提供借鉴。

The paper summarizes and discusses the technical lines and methods used in establishing a syndrome Diagnostic measuring-scale for CAD Angina Pectoris. It proposes that the combination of literature based research, experts targeted questionnaire survey, and multi-center based big-sample clinical epidemiology investigation makes an essential methodology. It is believed that multi-element statistics based analysis, combining with experts experience, provides a strong guarantee for establishing a syndrome diagnostic Measuring-scale that is both scientific and practical. The technical lines and methods summarized in this paper can also serve as a model for other diseases.
