Authors analyzed the relationships between the structures of Diterpene esters and associated toxicities based on past study results.The distribution of Diterpene esters elements in Euphorbia plants was reviewed. Authors also discussed theoretical aspects of toxicity constituents, in an attempt to provide evidences for clinical safety.
