计算机辅助药物设计的理论和方法Computer- aided drug design（CADD）,己经从原来的基础理论研究发展成为一门综合实用的学科,成为国际上十分活跃的研究领域,且随着CADD技术应用的深入,CADD技术已应用于中药及其复方的研究。本文就CADD技术在中药及复方药效物质基础研究中的应用进行探讨。

In recent years, computer-aided drug design, or CADD, has witnessed its increased applications in drug research activities, and has become a most active field of scientific research in the world, from a basic study to integrated applications. At the same time, TCM studies are calling for new thinking, new technologies, and new methods. As a result, CADD has been employed by today's TCM and associated prescription researches. In the paper, authors discussed CADD applications and their potential values in four parts.
