随着国家对中医药研究领域支持力度的加大,作为中医用药主要形式的复方药物倍受青睐,复方药效物质基础研究的新思路与新方法不断涌现。本文综述了近10年来中药复方药效物质基础研究的方法与思路,尤其对当今先进的技术方法进行了重点介绍,并分析了各自的特点和不足,目的是在复方药效物质基础研究方面为读者提供有益启示。

Along with the enhanced government support for the R&D of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), TCM formula, a most important part of treating diseases in a clinical environment, has drawn an increased attention. As a result, new technical processes for analyzing the material base of TCM have appeared one after another . A review of the new progresses and methods, especially the latest progresses achieved in the area, was made, based on the published studies. Meanwhile, authors have picked out and analyzed some problems in the methods. Hopefully, the review will be an enlightenment to having more new ideas and approaches in the future.
