用MS/MS作为HPLC的检测器,采用多反应检测(MRM)扫描方式,建立了HPLC-MS/MS测定榆黄蘑中甘露醇含量的方法.该方法的线性范围为O.208-1.04mg·mL-1.通过样品的加标试验,回收率为97.12%,精密度RSD(n=5)为0.94%.实际样品分析表明,榆黄蘑中甘露醇的含量为38.9mg/g.本方法选择性高、灵敏、快速.也适用于其他复杂体系中甘露醇含量的快速测定.

A method was developed to measure the mannitol in Pleurotus Citrinopileatus sing. Extracts, using HPLC-MS/MS and tandem mass spectrometer as a detector. Under an optimized condition, an effective linear range from 0.208 to 1.04 mg·mL- 1 was obtained, with a recovery of 97.12%, and a relative standard deviation of 0.94% (n=5). Analysis of real samples showed that the content of mannitol in Pleurotus Citrinopileatus sing. was 38.9mg/g. The proposed method is also able to make a quick measurement of manntiol in complex matrices.
