本文对草乌在蒙医、中医中用法、性味、功能、炮制、临床配伍、药理毒理等研究进行了对比分析,中医和蒙医对草乌的药性和临床应用大致相近,各有侧重。中医强调草乌的辛热之性,善用其回阳救逆、补火助阳和散寒止痛之功效。中医主要用草乌(根),认为其辛、苦、热,有大毒,归心、肝、肾、脾经,有祛风除湿、温经止痛的功能。用于风寒湿痹,关节疼痛,心腹冷痛,寒症作痛,麻醉止痛。蒙医用草乌(根)及草乌芽、草乌叶、草乌花为药材,蒙药理论认为其味辛,性温,效轻、有大毒;具有杀粘(菌),燥协日乌素(湿),止痛之功效;主治流感,急慢性肠刺痛粘刺痛,痈疖,丹毒,白喉,炭疽,脖颈僵直,陶赖,赫如虎,关节疼痛,偏瘫,心赫依。

[Abstract]
This is a comparative study of Monkshood for both traditional Chinese and Mongolian medicines, in the context of preparation, functionalities, application, pharmacology, and toxicology. Comparison results show that both Chinese and Mongolian medicines have produced a similar result in functionalities and therapeutic effects, though different in perceptions. For example, in traditional Chinese medicine, Monkshood is mainly used for its YANG recovery and pain killer functions, while in Mongolian medicine, it is used mainly for its bacteria killing, pain reducing, and flu resistance functions.
