[摘要]
目的:用纯蒙药研制蒙医血热证的动物模型。方法:根据文献记载,采用热性蒙药诱发蒙医血热证。具体利用蒙药材干姜,胡椒,荜茇以1:1:1比例制备水煎剂,浓度为12.5g%ml灌胃给药。选用家兔、wistar大鼠两种动物。各动物随机分二组,即对照组,模型组。对照观察两种动物的一般状况,血液流变性、血常规指标。结果:造模组的全血粘稠度,血浆粘度,红细胞压积、血红蛋白浓度和血红蛋白等指标与对照组相比有明显差异(p〈0.05)。结论:此造模法能使血液的上述指标发生显著变化的同时各种属动物身上发生的症状和表现很接近于蒙医临床血热证的症状和体征,符合诊断蒙医血热证标准。

We developed an animal model of blood heat disease, based on Mongolian medicine. In the study, dried ginger, pepper, and piper longum L. were made into decoction under a proportion of 1:1:1, with a concentration of 12.5%.Rabbits and Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and model group. We recorded the general status, hemorrheology, and blood indicators of both group. We found that the model group had a record of blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, packed cell volume, hemoglobin concentration, and hemoglobin determination that were significantly different from the control group (p<0.05). It is concluded that the animal model can noticeably improve blood indicators, making the symptoms and signs in different animals very close to that of blood heat disease.
