本文通过分析近代中药药性理论研究中存在的问题,针对性地提出了应用系统生物学尤其是代谢组学方法,以研究机体生物标志物及其变化规律为主线,阐释中药药性理论科学内涵的具体思路与方法及其预期成果,并提示运用此方法建立中药性味实质及性效关联性研究技术平台的重要性.

In this article,authors analyzed the existing issues concerning the study of TCM property theory in modern times. They proposed to study TCM property theory using systems biology,or metabolomics,in particular,making organic biomarkers and associated variations as the main line,and tracking down the anticipated outcome.Authors believe that it is important to establish a technical platform for studying the essence of the property,the flavor of traditional Chi- nese medicines,and property-effect correlation.
