中成药双黄连是我国基本药物品种,有着30多年的临床应用历史,对急性上呼吸道感染疾病疗效确切.伴随现代科技发展,应用中药制药高新技术革新传统工艺,全面提高质量标准,加强临床疗效,二次开发双黄连传统片剂,具有重要意义.本文系统介绍了超临界萃取技术、分散片制剂技术与指纹图谱质控技术在双黄连传统片剂二次开发中的创新应用,对我国中药现代化、产业化与国际化发展,具有良好的示范作用.
