目的:研究分析湖北利川黄连产区表层和不同深度土壤中的游离镉含量以及黄连药材中镉的含量.方法:采用原子吸收光谱法测定土壤及黄连药材中镉的含量.结果:表层土壤中游离镉的平均含量为0.142mg·kg-1,pH4.42～5.99;黄连药材中镉平均含量为0.210mg·kg-1;10cm、30cm、60cm和80cm不同深度土壤中游离镉的平均含量分别为0.128mg·kg-1、0.268mg·kg-1、0.195mg·kg-1和0.158mg·kg-1.结论:湖北利川黄连产区土壤中游离镉及黄连药材中镉的平均含量均符合国家相关标准.
