从针灸效应的作用因子和非线性层面,探讨了针灸效应的复杂性.研究认为,针灸作为一种对最复杂的生命体系-人体的治疗手段,其疗效是确切而肯定的.它通过物理性刺激,产生內源性生物效应,整体地调节人体的失衡状态,从而达到机体的自稳,其效应本身便具有复杂性.这种复杂性体现在其作用因子具有多要素性,且形成了复杂的层次,其效应具有非线性.换句话讲,针灸的治疗效应并不仅仅存在于组成经络、腧穴的结构中,还存在于各个作用因子在生命体的组合中.有鉴于此,结合现代复杂系统科学,建立着眼于临床的数据模型和软件平台,通过对病症和针灸治疗的模拟,找出针灸作用规律和优化方案是十分必要的.
