[摘要]
目的:研究中药益坤宁对围绝经期大鼠卵巢功能和结构的影响.方法:选用11～13月龄雌性围绝经期wistar大鼠32只.随机将其分为模型组、益坤宁组、西药对照组.另选青年大鼠10只,月龄4个月,作为青年对照组,采用血清性激素分泌水平、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、颗粒细胞调亡及细胞形态等指标来观察益坤宁对卵巢结构和功能的影响.结果:益坤宁组与模型组比较,各项指标差异均有显著性或极显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:研究证实益坤宁可升高围绝经期大鼠血清E2、P水平,降低血清FSH、LH水平;对围绝经期大鼠卵巢VEGF有促进作用;对卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡有抑制作用,提示益坤宁可以阻止卵泡闭锁,从而达到预防和延缓卵巢衰老的作用机制.
