[摘要]
目的:对川贝母Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don和梭砂贝母Fritillaria delavayi Franch.的干燥鳞茎进行化学成分研究.方法:利用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从川贝母中共分离鉴定了:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,),单棕榈酸甘油酯(2-monopalmitin,)等12个化合物.从梭砂贝母中共分离鉴定了E-对-羟基肉桂酸甲酯(E-P-hydrox-ycinnamic acid methyl ester, 16)等13个化合物.结论:有15个化合物为首次从贝母属中分离得到,β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜苷为首次从川贝母中分离得到,3个化合物为首次从梭砂贝母中分离得到.
