中药复方的现代化一直是中医药界多年来关注的焦点.由于中药复方多成分、多靶点的作用特点,其作用物质及机理研究一直处于"知其然,不知其所以然"的尴尬地位,无法进行科学、全面、准确的阐述.系统生物学的提出,为中药复方的研究提供了崭新的思路和方法,成为当今中药研究中的热点领域.系统生物学从整体观出发,系统研究中药复方的药效物质基础、配伍规律、广泛的药理及其作用机理,为打破长久以来困扰中医药研究的"黑匣"问题提供了契机.本文对系统生物学的思路、方法及其在中药复方研究中的应用与发展进行了综述和评价.
