近年来我国中药浸膏干燥技术进步显著,先进的浸膏干燥技术和设备得到了一定的推广,但是针对干燥工艺优化和设备改良的研究仍然迫切需要加强。本文综述了中药浸膏干燥技术的发展现状,并就厢式干燥、冷冻干燥、喷雾干燥、真空带式干燥及组合干燥等常用干燥技术的原理、设备状况和技术特点,分析了在中药浸膏干燥过程中各种技术的优劣,提出针对不同中药特性,合理地选择适当的干燥方法,对于提高中药浸膏的质量至关重要。
