采用亚沸态水提,絮凝和醇沉相结合的方法实现双黄连的提取精制,达到提高中药有效成分的目的.得到最佳方案为:经超临界萃取后的100g药材,加入10倍体积的水,在90℃下煎煮2h,过滤,滤液浓缩至80mL,在50℃下,加入1.5%的絮凝剂133mL,搅拌5min,离心,上清液浓缩至16mL,加入95%乙醇至含醇量为80%,过滤,滤液蒸干,得率约为5～6%.
