目的:建立红花微粉细胞破壁率的检测方法。方法:采用细胞计数法,以花粉粒为评价指标,考察超细粉碎技术对红花细胞破壁率的影响,测定红花微粉的细胞破壁率。结果:红花细粉称样量与完整细胞计数的回归分析结果表明,两者显著相关。红花经超细粉碎后细胞破壁率为96.4%。结论:红花粉末细胞计数方法简便,稳定,可靠。
