[摘要]
目的:探讨侧根对质量影响机理及生长调节剂对防风药材质量。方法:以不同浓度的奈乙酸(NAA)、赤霉素(GA)处理种苗后移栽,秋季采收药材的根,测量药材直径及各部位所占的比例,并以高效液相色谱法测定根中的四种色原酮成分。结果:25mg/kg、100mg/kg、500mg/kg的NAA可提高移栽防风根中四种色原酮类活性成分的含量,其中500mg/kg NAA的四种色原酮总含量最高。4种色原酮含量在韧皮部为0.6784%,木质部为0.1153%,全根为0.9480%,侧根为1.4433%。侧根中韧皮部的比例为0.861%,主根的0.684%。结论:4种色原酮类活性成分主要存在于韧皮部,侧根中韧皮部比例大,NAA处理可使防风产生大量侧根,从而提高防风药材的质量。

Authors studied the effects of lateral roots and Growth Regulators on the quality of the Saposhnikovia divaricata.
