目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定蒙药吉日木松汤中甘草酸的方法。方法：采用C18 柱，流动相为甲醇-0.2mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸（67：33：1），检测波长为250nm，流速1mL·min-1，柱温为25℃，进样量20μL。结果：甘草酸在0.4996 ～4.996μg浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0.9991，回收率为97.5%，RSD=1.72（n=6）。结论：本法简便、准确、快速、灵敏、重现性好，可供该制剂定量用。

This is a study to establish a method for the assay of glycyrrhetic acid in Jirimusong byoth, an Inner Mongolian traditional medicine. Akromasil C18 column (150×4.6mm,5μm) was used in the analysis with Methanol-0.2mol.L-1 Ammonium acetate solution-Glacial acetic acid (67:33:1) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 250nm, and the flow rate at 1.0ml.min-1.The linear range came between 0.4996～4.996μg (r=0.9991). It is concluded that the method is accurate, sensitive, and reproducible.
