本文综述了天然产物样品前处理分离分析联用技术及其装置的研究进展，包括超临界流体萃取、高速逆流色谱、微波辅助萃取、亚临界水萃取、固相（微）萃取及超声波辅助萃取等样品前处理方法与色谱、光谱和质谱等分析技术的联用，引用文献55 篇。

This review summarizes the progress of sample pretreatment method coupled with analytical technique in the research of natural products. Hyphenated techniques include supercritical fluid extraction, high-speed counter-current chromatography, microwave -assisted extraction, subcritical water extraction, solid phase extraction, solid phase microextraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction, which are coupled with analytical technique. 55 references are cited.
