为探索类方方剂配伍规律的科学内涵和研究途径，依据类方方剂的配伍特征，用一组抗湿热型痛风二妙丸类方（二妙丸、三妙丸、四妙丸、加味四妙丸）研究基本方效应物质基础在类方配伍中的作用及配伍变化。将二妙丸类方组方药有效部位正交组合，抗湿热型痛风效应评价，分析显示基本方二妙丸有效部位在配伍类方中起重要作用。建立二妙丸类方有效部位群GC、HPLC 四张指纹图谱，充分反映各类成分色谱峰信息，并进行组方药的归属分析，HPLC/MS/MS、GC/MS/MS 分析各共有峰成分种类及结构特征，分析比较二妙丸有效部位共有峰数目、相对峰面积比值配伍类方前后的变化。研究显示，基本方二妙丸是类方物质基础的主要来源，配伍前后相对含量的变化与其类方功效的变化密切相关。

To reveal the compatibility of material foundation of categorized formula, the activity for anti-gouty syndrome of damp and heat of the combined effective parts by orthogonal design in Ermiao Wan categorized formula and its relevant herbs were evaluated. The results indicated that the mechanism and function of compatibility of effective parts were identified. Four kinds of fingerprints of effective parts of Ermiao Wan categorized formula were established with HPLC and GC. Similarities of peak UV spectra are employed to evaluate relative adscription analysis its relevant herb. HPLC/MS/MS and GC/MS/MS was used to identify the chemical constituents of main peaks in the fingerprints. The compatibility changes of total peaks of four kinds of fingerprints of Ermiao Wan categorized formula were compared. The results indicated that Ermiao Wan categorized formula for clearing away heat and drying dampness plays the more major role in anti-gouty syndrome of damp and heat, the change of relative content of chemical components are in accord with the virtue of Ermiao Wan categorized formula.
