目的：探讨活血化瘀药对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清纤溶活性的影响，以及纤溶活性指标与相关指标的相关性。方法：将90例不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证患者随机分为常规治疗组、组分配伍组和血塞通组3组，每组30例；观察患者治疗前后纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂（PAI）、纤溶酶原激活剂（t-PA）和反应蛋白（CRP）的变化及PAI、t-PA与CRP、血脂指标的相关性。结果：组分配伍组治疗后患者PAI水平较前降低，差异有显著性（P＜0.05），且低于其他2组治疗后（P＜0.05），而t-PA水平较前明显升高（P＜0.05），且明显高于其他2组（P＜0.05）。而血清PAI浓度与CRP、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）-C明显相关（P＜0.05）。结论：活血药有效组分配伍可有效改善不稳定性心绞痛患者纤溶活性，从而治疗不稳定性心绞痛血瘀证；而血清PAI浓度与CRP、HDL-C明显相关（P＜0.05）。

This study is made to understand the effects of blood circulation drug on the patients with unstable angina fibrinolytic activity, as well as on fibrinolytic activity and other related indicators. In the study, 90 unstable angina cases were randomly split into stasis conventional treatment, component compatibility, and Xuesaitong treatment, with 30 cases for each treatment. Patients were observed before and after treatment of their changes in PAI, t-PA, CRP, and blood lipid indicators. The component compatibility group had a significantly reduced PAI level（P <0.05) after the treatment, or lower than other two groups（P <0.05), though with a significantly higher t-PA levels than before（P < 0.05), or significantly higher compared with other two groups（P <0.05). The PAI, CRP, and HDL-C are significantly correlated（P <0.05). Authors believe that blood circulation drugs with an effective combination can be used to treat the patients with unstable angina for an improved fibrinolytic activity, and that PAI serum concentration is significantly correlated with CRP, and HDL-C level（P <0.05).
