[摘要]
目的:研究乌拉尔甘草(Glycyrrhiza uranlelnsis Fisch.)的化学成分。方法:采用制备型高效液相色谱分离,应用波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从甘草中共分离出11个黄酮和4个三萜皂苷类化合物,其中一个三萜皂苷(S3)为新化合物。结论:通过ESI-MS,UV,IR和NMR分析,将新三萜皂苷的结构鉴定为22 β-乙酰基甘草醛(22β-acetoxyl-glycyrrhaldehyde)。

[Abstract]
This is a study to investigate the chemical constituents contained in the roots of Glycyrrhiza uranlelnsis Fisch. In the study, constituents were isolated using preparative HPLC, and the structures of the isolated compounds identified by spectral evidence. A new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin (S3) and eleven known compounds were derived from the experiment. The new licorice saponin (S3) was identified as 22β-acetoxyl-glycyrrhaldehyde based on MS, UV, IR and NMR spectroscopic data.
