采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)结合二阶导数技术对不同商品等级鹿茸的品质差异进行了研究。结果表明,鹿茸的特征峰主要为2926,2855,1746,1656,1549,1030cm-1等吸收峰,它们分别代表脂类、氨基酸和多糖等主要成分。一等品鹿茸片中某些含亚甲基较多的酯类、氨基酸、蛋白质类成分含量较高,二等品所含的糖类物质比较多,三等品由于骨化程度相对较大,几种成分的含量都相对较低。本文运用FTIR从宏观整体的角度方便快速、准确有效地实现了对不同商品等级鹿茸的品质评价,为类似药材的品质评价提供了参考。

Authors studied the quality of Pilose Antler in different commercial grades using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The study showed some differences between the Pilose Antlers in three different grades, mainly in protein absorption peaks, amino acid (1650,1540cm-1), amylase (1035cm-1), and cerolein (2926,2855,1746cm-1). Grade I Pilose Antler has registered the highest content of amino acid and cerolein, with Grade II having more amylase. Grade III Pilose Antler is lower in some components, compared with two others analytical results show that FTIR is a quick and accurate method for evaluating the quality of Pilose Antler animal cornu and similar drugs in different commercial grades.
