目的：建立HPLC法测定参附强心丸中大黄素、大黄酚含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Phenomenex GEMINI C18（5μm，4.6mm×250mm）；流动相：甲醇-0.1%磷酸（75：25）；检测波长：254nm；柱温：室温；流速：1.0mL·min-1。结果:大黄素线性范围为0.01098~0.549?滋g（r=0.9999），平均回收率为99.96%，RSD为0.56%，重复性RSD为0.70%（n=6），精密度RSD为0.15%（n=6），稳定性RSD为0.67%。大黄酚线性范围为0.03885~1.554?滋g（r = 0.9999），平均回收率为99.29%，RSD为0.32%，重复性RSD为0.59%（n=6），精密度RSD为0.63%（n=6），稳定性RSD为0.36%。结论：本文所得方法稳定、可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

This is an attempt to determine emodin and chrysophanol content in Shenfu Qiangxin Pill using HPLC. In the study, both Emodin and chrysophanol were assayed on a Phenomenex GEMINI C18（5μm， 4.6mm×250mm）column, with the mobile phase composed of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (75:25) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The determination wavelength was set at 254nm. Results indicate that the calibration curves were linear in a range from 0.01098ug to 0.549ug（r = 0.9999）for emodin, and from 0.03885ug to 1.554ug（r = 0.9999）for chrysophanol. The averaged recoveries (n=6) of emodin and chrysophanol were 99.96% (RSD=0.56%) and 99.29% (RSD=0.32%) respectively. It is believed that the method is simple, reliable, accurate, and repeatable, desirable for the quality control of Shenfu Qiangxin Pill．
