目的：建立HPLC法测定十三太保丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Phenomenex GEMINI C18（5μm，4.6mm×250mm）；流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸（17:83）；检测波长：270nm；流速：1.0mL·min-1。结果：线性范围为0.0255~0.5110?滋g（r = 0.9995），平均回收率为97.98%，RSD为1.50%，重复性RSD为1.05%（n=6），精密度RSD为0.85%（n=6），稳定性RSD为0.54%。结论：本方法稳定、可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

The paper presents an approach to determine Paeoniflorin content in Shisan Taibao Pill using HPLC. In the study, Paeoniflorin was assayed on a Phenomenex GEMINI C18 （5μm， 4.6mm×250mm）column, with the mobile phase composed of Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (17:83) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The determination wavelength was set at 270 nm. The linear calibration curves were ranged between 0.0255~0.5110μg（r=0.9995）for Paeoniflorin. The averages recovery (n=6) of Paeoniflorin was 97.98% (RSD=1.50%). Results show that the method is simple, reliable, accurate, and repeatable, desirable for the quality control of Shisan Taibao Pill．
