目的：探索2型糖尿病的病机规律。方法：以2501例2型糖尿病的临床数据为基础，运用隐结构模型的方法加以研究。结果：得出隐结构模型关于2型糖尿病“症-证—病机”相互关系及病机规律。结论：隐结构模型是一种非线性的方法，这对于研究非线性、复杂性的中医证候无疑是一种比较合适的手段。

Based on 2501 clinical cases of type 2 diabetes, the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes was studied by the latent structural model, and, the symptoms - pathogenesis relationship was established. The results show that the latent structure model, which is nonlinear, may serve as a good tool for investigating the nonlinear and complex traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.
